Definitions

This might be your e-mail address, name, phone number, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you the products/services you request or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order to tailor our service to your needs. This information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address. This information is only collected if voluntarily submitted such as (but not limited to) in completing the contact form on the website.

Information automatically collected about you
This includes non personal identification data that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. How we use your Personal Data

Ian Rolfe Wedding Photography uses your Personal Data to:

  • Continually update and improve the website based on comments and feedback from you.
  • Enhance your customer experience by tailoring products/services to your needs.
  • To send users content or information they agreed to receive about things that may interest them such as competitions, surveys or promotions in relation to Ian Rolfe Wedding Photography
  • Send emails or call users in order to respond to their enquiries or questions and to give updates and information on product orders or requested services. Any billing information is only held until contractual and financial obligations are met. If users decide to ‘opt-in’ to a mailing list they may also receive emails with offers, promotions and news relating to the company. We do not share your Personal Data with strangers. Personal Data about you is in some cases provided to third party companies directly related to your order or service request such as photo print labs for delivering orders, however this is only done with your prior consent.

We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so.

How we secure your data

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe.  We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use secure servers for web hosting and password protection on any private online photo galleries and encryption on any stored images either securely held on disk or cloud based storage. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and use virus protection and firewall security on computers.

Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
